A custom aluminum window begins with the selected Schüco or Reynaers system and a technically checked element drawing. Profiles are cut and CNC-machined, frames and sashes are assembled, glass and hardware are installed, and the completed unit is inspected before packing. We manufacture in our own plants and with carefully qualified partners so dimensions, finish and component quality remain consistent from a single window to larger project quantities.
You send us your window request list – we calculate each element exactly by width, height and opening direction.
They name widths, heights and opening directions per element – or use our assistants.
We check static, thermal protection and fittings and calculate positionally accurately.
You will receive a transparent offer with the layout of each element.
Once approved, we manufacture and deliver on time worldwide.
