Technical, security and connection data

When the website is requested, technical information may be processed to deliver and secure it. This can include IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating-system information, HTTP status, routing information and security signals.

We use this information to provide the website, prevent abuse and spam, diagnose errors, protect our systems and maintain availability.

Contact form, security check and file uploads

If you use the project-inquiry form, we process the information you submit. This may include your first and last name, telephone number, email address, street address, ZIP code, city, project location, message, language and optional project files. We also process submission time, technical connection data and the visitor country supplied by Cloudflare for secure delivery and routing of the inquiry.

The form uses a short calculation and time-limited token to reduce automated spam. We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate the requested project, prepare quotations, document business communication, protect the form and meet applicable legal obligations.

Attachments

• Files up to 12 MB may be forwarded as email attachments.
• Larger files up to 50 MB may be stored in Cloudflare R2 and provided through a non-public, token-protected link. Access authorization expires after 14 days.
• Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential material that is not necessary for your project inquiry.

Cloudflare and Resend

Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, provides network, hosting, security, Workers and R2 storage services used by the website and contact form. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, delivers form messages by email. Form content, attachments or protected download links may be processed for that delivery. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.

These providers operate infrastructure in the United States and other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your state or country, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Local settings and retention periods

The website does not currently use advertising or audience-measurement tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. It stores only operational or requested settings, such as the selected light/dark theme, language preference and cookie-notice choice, in browser storage or a functional cookie.

We retain inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, protect our systems and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations. Uploaded files are removed when no longer needed for those purposes. The access authorization for protected large-file links expires after 14 days.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about disclosures of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent from certain processing. We do not sell personal information and do not use the inquiry form for automated decision-making or profiling.
